EMAG Proceedings - Submit your Paper

EMAG conferences have always been accompanied by a highly regarded peer reviewed conference proceedings.

In recent years, this has been published in Journal of Physics Conference Proceedings (http://iopscience.iop.org/1742-6596/), which is an open access journal, listed in Web of Science and widely used bibliographic databases.

You are therefore cordially requested to submit a paper based on your presentation to this year’s EMAG proceedings at:

https://emag2015.conferenceseries.iop.org

Papers should be 4 pages in length for contributed oral and poster presentations, up to 6 pages in length for invited oral presentations, and up to 8 pages in length for plenary presentations.

All papers should be prepared in accordance with the standard templates for this journal, which are available at http://conferenceseries.iop.org/content/authors and provide support for users of both Microsoft Word and LaTeX.

Papers must be converted to pdf format prior to submission, as we cannot guarantee that Word or LaTeX files would be converted correctly in the editorial office.  Submission of papers for the conference will be available until Friday 26 June at 1700

Papers will be reviewed at the conference by other delegates (and all EMAG delegates who currently hold a PhD will be asked to review 1 or more papers whilst they are at mmc2015/EMAG2015).

Reviews will be returned to authors either at the conference, or immediately thereafter.

Authors will then be given until the 7 August 2015 to upload a revised manuscript in correct pdf format to the editorial system, in order to ensure rapid publication of the proceedings in early Autumn.
